What is not published for this notice — and why

Pay or quit: No pre-suit notice is required by statute for nonpayment: the landlord may file the wrongful-occupation (eviction) action as soon as rent is unpaid. West Virginia gives no statutory cure right and no pay-to-stop right after filing.

Local rules sit on top of state law in many places — city just-cause lists, rent boards, and prescribed local forms. A state deadline is the floor of the analysis, never a promise that no local rule adds to it.
