The checker and the letter builder run entirely in your browser. The facts you enter — state, dates, names, amounts — are never uploaded, stored, or emailed by this site.

This site sets no account and asks for no email address to use the checker. Payment for the kit is handled by the payment processor on its own pages, under its own privacy terms.

Basic, aggregate server logs (page requested, time, browser type) are kept by the hosting provider for security and are not sold or used to profile visitors.
