The Colorado deadlines, as checked

Pay or quit10 calendar days — the tenant may pay and cure (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-40-104(1)(d)). 10 days to pay or quit. Landlords exempt from the just-cause law (generally 5 or fewer units, owner-managed) give 5 days.
End a tenancy90 days — no-fault termination, tenancy 1 year or more (covered landlord) (Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-40-107, 38-12-1303). Colorado's just-cause law (HB 24-1098): a no-fault termination needs 90 days' written notice stating the legal and factual basis, plus a mediation advisement. See the just-cause routing for this state.
91 days — month-to-month (exempt small landlord) (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-1303). Exempt-landlord notice ladder: 91 days at 1 year or more of tenancy, 28 days at 6–12 months, 21 days under 6 months.
Raise the rent30 days (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-701). No state cap, and cities are barred from creating one. Notice is 60 days once a tenancy has lasted six months or longer.
60 days — tenancy of 6 months or longer
How days are countedNo Colorado counting rule (weekend/holiday treatment) was verified from a primary source for this dataset.
Allowed service methodspersonal delivery

Just causeCause is required. Most residential tenancies under HB 24-1098, Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-1303; small owner-managed landlords (generally 5 or fewer units) and some other categories are exempt. After 12 months, do not print a bare no-cause date: the landlord must have a statutory cause, or use a listed no-fault ground with 90 days' notice, a stated legal and factual basis, and a mediation advisement.

Local rules sit on top of state law in many places — city just-cause lists, rent boards, and prescribed local forms. A state deadline is the floor of the analysis, never a promise that no local rule adds to it.
